Refund policy

Returns

  • You can return any item within 2 days (24–48 hours) of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • In its original condition, unused and unwashed

    • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 2 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns.

  • We will ship the new item once we receive and inspect the original product to confirm it meets our return criteria.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after we confirm the returned item's condition.

  • Refunds will be issued via InstaPay, bank transfer, or mobile wallet.

  • The refund process may take up to 14 days to complete.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items that are damaged by the customer or missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
